Colorado health exchange adds virtual assistant to website

An animated, interactive virtual assistant has helped improve users' experience navigating through Colorado's health insurance exchange website.

The Colorado health exchange’s website, Connect for Health Colorado, has introduced a virtual assistant to help users navigate the enrollment process, according to a release.
