John Conley, executive director of the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority, discusses the state’s recent move to Drupal for its content management system and the values of using open source in this interview with StateScoop Radio.

Conley also discusses how the state’s Department of Personnel & Administration used the new platform to create more than 600 new Web pages in less than a week, a task that would have taken it months using the old system.
