Cybersecurity Leader of the Year

Michael Pegues has proven to be an innovative thinker/doer when it comes to serving the needs of the city’s residents. Pegues’ level of forward-thinking has help to propel the city forward in how it delivers services in and around the city. He has recognized that the city’s expanded reliance on innovative technology solutions translates into a greater level of cyber-risk and has implemented the most robust cybersecurity program that not only enable a higher level of threat mitigation and protection for the city but also potentially enables the same level of cyber-risk mitigation for other municipalities in the auroraland region.
