The City of Portland’s Revenue Division and FAST Enterprises have teamed together to implement an Integrated Tax System (ITS) that improves customer service, leverages data across tax programs, and positions the Division to increase both revenue and compliance. Prior to the project, the City collected taxes in six entirely separate applications, with limited online filing options. ITS now provides one secure, central location for collection and administration of both new and existing taxes. ITS also supports new return filing and payment channels, such as Modernized eFile (MeF) or Portland Revenue Online (PRO), a robust self-service portal for taxpayers.
