“Cloud”

It seems so overused, over-marketed. In my experience with business users in particular, it’s extremely misunderstood. It’s almost viewed like it’s some kind of panacea to all of the issues you have. “Oh, we just put it in this magical cloud and we’ve solved all of our problems.” Usually when I talk about cloud, I try to deliberately use the word “hosted” when talking about other solutions. It’s really just someone else’s infrastructure.
