Joel Golub

Joel Golub joined the County of Orange as their Chief Information Officer in May 2017 and is bringing a vision of innovation and digital transformation to these efforts. Golub has over 40 years of technology experience from within both the private and public sector spaces. Prior to joining OC Information Technology (OCIT), Mr. Golub was a Business Development Executive and an Advisory Board Member for two technology firms and was President and Founding member of Ultimate Technology Group, specializing in digital transformational technologies within New York City. He also served as the interim President for a technology start up focusing on public safety and emergency preparedness in the US.
