The Unified Government is uniquely positioned to provide a multitude of services in one application, available on the web and mobile, spanning city, county, and state services. 311 services expand the platform’s capabilities outside of bill paying by providing an engagement functionality for citizens. The implementation of myWyco has created almost $135 thousand in savings for the local government and has doubled online revenue in just 18 months. Over 70% of property taxes were paid through this service, creating a dramatic savings in other non-financial resources during tax season, driving over 82% increase in tax collection year over year.
