Overseeing the largest municipal IT organization in the nation, Jessica Tisch has been driving innovation during a time of unprecedented change. In addition to leading the city’s technology efforts throughout the pandemic response, she currently spearheads transformational programs across public safety, human services, and economic development, including NextGen 911, which allows voice, photos, videos, and text messages to flow seamlessly from the public to 911 on a modernized digital infrastructure.
