On Sunday the 20th of January, DTS Voice Operations, Voice Planners and Network Operations will be making the necessary changes to migrate the Cisco Call Manger and Unity Voicemail system to the new Cisco UCS environment. There has been a downtime scheduled from 7:00 AM to 12 Noon. This will affect all locations with state provided Cisco phones. All sites will still have the ability to make and receive calls, but any advanced phone features or voicemail feature such as automated attendant services will be unavailable during the migration. Once completed, the migration to the Cisco UCS Virtualized platform will provide the state a level of redundancy and scalability that we will need as we proceed with the migration of locations to the Cisco Voice platform.
