Access Indiana is the State of Indiana’s single sign-on portal. Access Indiana was created to make it easier for Hoosiers to do business with the state by utilizing a single login and password to access multiple systems. Presently, customers can access 18 services through the Access Indiana. Extensive effort was placed into developing a strong self-service mechanism, similar to Google or Microsoft, to allow customers to provide self-help to reset passwords and maintain access. In the last monthly data available, only 0.02% of users required support. Customers also can elect into multi-factor verification to enable a more secure account.
