Craig Orgeron, the president of the National Association of State Chief Information Officers and the chief information office for the state of Mississippi, joined StateScoop Radio to discuss NASCIO’s recently released strategic plan.
NASCIO uses its strategic plan to guide the development of its annual business plan and supporting performance measurement.
