Rob Lloyd is the chief information officer for the city of San Jose, California, where he has served the past three years. Before that, he served as the chief information officer, a director and chief information security officer for the city of Avondale, Arizona. He’s also held technical leadership positions with the city of Ashland, Oregon, and Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Rob is best known for his work in civic technology and bringing new technologies, such as 5G wireless service, to communities to improve quality of life.
