The Alabama Secretary of State’s Office is proud to announce the newest addition to its suite of online business services, the Foreign LLC Filing system. This convenient, online application will allow out-of-state entrepreneurs, as well as existing out-of-state organizations wishing to conduct business in Alabama, to file for an LLC through the Secretary of State’s website.
