The State of Missouri was one of the first states in the country to align their technology to support all of the HR1 mandates required for Federal Means Tested benefits Eligibility. The state quickly engaged multiple partners to reinvent the process by which citizens apply for, renew, and report updates using Google GenAI on both their web portals and contact center.
