Beth Howen is the divisional president for state, local and education at NTT Data. Before joining NTT Data, Howen worked in the state and local government arena as an Executive Vice President at Capgemini. Howen also held roles at Telus International, Atos and was previously the CIO for the City of Indianapolis.
