Bry Pardoe

State Leadership of the Year

Bry Pardoe is the executive director of the Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience, also known as CODE PA. She’s served as the office’s inaugural director since 2023. Under Pardoe’s leadership, CODE PA works with the state Office of Administration and the governor’s office to infuse new energy and resources into ongoing customer service transformation efforts. The office also leads high-priority projects to improve digital experiences for Pennsylvanians. Pardoe previously worked as the director of web and digital experience at Main Line Health, where she improved website accessibility and made it easier to find and schedule appointments with providers.
