Thomas Brown is the chief information security officer for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, TX. Brown has been involved in information technology operations at Metro for more than 38 years, and has most recently served as the authority’s CISO. Prior to serving as the CISO for the authority, Brown worked in support of the Space Shuttle program at Johnson Space Center in Houston.
