Rowan Miranda

Rowan Miranda is the managing director for state and local government and education at Workday. In this role, he regularly presents on topics related to finance, technology and transformation at national conferences sharing his wealth of knowledge gleaned from roles as budget director and chief financial officer at City of Pittsburgh; Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; University of Michigan; and University of Chicago, as well as leadership roles at Workday and Accenture. Miranda has advised state and municipal governments across the country on enterprise resource planning implementation, finance organization redesign and IT transformation. He has trained hundreds of students in public policy, finance and administration throughout his tenure in academia.
