Makstman is the chief information security officer for San Francisco, Calif.
Mike has been instrumental in defining a strategic vision for the city and county of san Francisco. He has been able to connect multiple security, risk and compliance disciplines and align them to the mayor’s goal to secure information about citizens across country departments. Mike and his team are actively working on enabling digital citizen identity to enhance the user experience and give them a closer human touch with government agencies and services.
