Jack Harris is the chief technology officer for the State of Michigan. Harris previously served as the state’s director of enterprise architecture and network strategies. Harris has been active in many areas of information technology for Michigan since 1976. Over the years he has gained experience in business software design, database design and management, operating system management, transaction processing system design and management, network design and management and telecommunications management.
