The Dominion Voting Systems equipment, which is the target of baseless rumors promoted by President Donald Trump, was an "unqualified success," officials said.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger blamed malfunctions in the new $104 million system on user error, but election-security advocates argue the devices are unreliable.
The move will help counties buy paper-based voting machines, after Wolf vetoed of a bill that would've provided the money but outlaw straight-party voting.
