JP McInnes is the deputy chief information officer for the state of Tennessee. He joined the state in 2019, after a three-year stint as the Health Cluster Chief Information Officer for New York state’s IT agency. McInnes has previously worked for Ohio’s mental health and addiction agency, as well as in the private sector.
