Jennifer Bjerke is the deputy chief information officer for the state of Oregon. Before being named deputy state CIO in 2018, Bjerke was the State Strategic Technology Director. Prior to joining the Enterprise Information Services department, she spent 20 years with the Oregon Department of Corrections, holding multiple positions in institution security operations and information technology services, where she ultimately served as chief information officer.
