Bill Zielinski is the chief information officer for the City of Dallas, Texas. In this role, he directs information technology operations for the ninth largest city in the United States. Zielinski works toward creating greater digital equity for a population of more than 1.3 million people. Before joining city government, Zielinski spent more than 30 years in executive roles at the U.S. Social Security Administration, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, General Services Administration and in the Executive Office of the President.
