Keith Durbin is the chief information officer and director of Information Technology Services for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee. Durbin has led the IT strategy for the government since 2009 with a focus on reliability, availability and security of services. In his tenure, he established the government’s information security program, the open data program, the government’s fiber network and the 311 system. He also established the Metro Employee Emergency Support Fund, which provides financial assistance to Metro employees in times of catastrophic need.
