State Leadership of the Year
David Gerstenfeld is the director of the State of Oregon’s Department of Revenue. At the time of nomination, Gerstenfeld was the head of the state’s Employment Department, which he had led since 2020. Between 2011 and 2020, he served as an unemployment insurance division administrator.
