“What I was really excited to see is that college personnel quickly learned and adapted to remote work. There had been some reluctance to work from home arrangements in the past, but video conferencing and instant messaging now are routine and, dare I say, normal under the circumstances.

“In the higher ed space we talk a lot about digital transformation efforts, process refinements and adopting modern tools, and obviously the Covid response has greatly accelerated the kinds of process changes that normally would take considerably longer. As for 2021, we’re planning on moving forward as an institution with an increasing focus on online education, increased enterprise wide technology alignment and stronger IT governance.”
