Utah Chief Technology Officer David Fletcher joins StateScoopTV to talk about the state’s projects that recently were honored with the 2013 Recognition Awards for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Information Technology in State Government from the National Association of State Chief Information Officers.

Utah won awards in two categories: the Fast Track Solutions award for its “Legislative Bill Watch” program and the Open Government Initiatives award for its Open Transportation Data in the Cloud with uGate and UPlan.
