Wisconsin CIO Trina Zanow said she's looking for private-sector partners that are "standing in the trenches" with officials as they serve the public.

Trina Zanow, a 25-year veteran of the Wisconsin state government, takes over the role recently vacated by longtime CIO David Cagigal.
