Drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities will be subject to a host of new cybersecurity regulations that state leaders are calling "first-in-nation."

Water and wastewater facilities in Indiana can now obtain free cybersecurity assessments through the state's technology office.

The Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Inspector General said a recent assessment uncovered an urgent need for cyber remediation.

Residents can track water usage hourly with help from a new website.
