The accelerator will help companies focused on air quality, water quality, cleaning-product delivery and energy-use cut through red tape and build their businesses in New York City.

Companies are being asked to apply to pilot solutions through 2020 that can reduce emissions, improve traffic or make the city's waste systems more efficient.
