Cleveland, Ohio, Mayor Justin Bibb has named Stephanie Wernet as the city's new chief technology and innovation officer.

Froilan Roy C. Fernando, a longtime technology consultant, is the city’s new chief innovation and technology officer.

The new site, used to show which streets have been cleared, was not working properly much of the day Friday.
