Tyler Technologies has acquired MyGov, a cloud software company that helps better manage permits, inspections, planning and zoning

Cox Enterprises is purchasing OpenGov for $1.8 billion, one of the largest acquisitions in the history of public sector technology.

The company said the acquisition will add procurement and contract management to its stable of cloud-based services.
