The public sector disruptor helping government implement new technologies, secure systems, revolutionize operations and/or make big change.

The cutting-edge state IT project that embraces innovation, encourages collaboration and delivers massive results to state agencies and residents.

The private sector thought leader working hand-in-hand with government IT leaders to drive change in government IT with unique solutions.

Award Criteria

Individuals: Accomplishments should have occurred between February 2022-present
Programs: Nominated programs must be current government programs
